Terms of service
Short version: you pay for the bracelet, we make it, we ship it, and if something is wrong we fix it.
General
These terms apply to all orders placed at bastardbracelet.com with Bastard Bracelet, a sole proprietorship run by Daniel Andreas Valsjö, reg. no. 740303-0435, Östra Vallgatan 37 B, 223 61 Lund, Sweden. Email: hello@bastardbracelet.com. By placing an order you accept them. EU consumer law applies in full and nothing here limits it.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT for EU destinations and are shown in your local currency at checkout. We accept Klarna, Swish, Visa and Mastercard. Your card is charged when the order ships.
Orders and made-to-measure
Every bracelet is manufactured to the measurement you enter at the point of order — your wrist measurement in millimetres, or a named size that corresponds to a fixed measurement. Check the measurement before ordering — the size guide shows you how.
Delivery
We ship within 3–5 business days unless the product page says otherwise. Times and costs per country are in the shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Because every bracelet is manufactured to your entered measurement, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. It is exempted for goods made to the consumer’s specifications. You are informed of this before purchase and at checkout. It never limits your rights on defects: manufacturing faults are covered for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Warranty and repairs
Three-year EU legal guarantee against defects. Beyond that, we repair what we made at the bench that made it, at cost, for as long as we exist.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can turn to ARN (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre (ECC Sweden, konsumenteuropa.se) can help. We follow ARN's recommendations.
