Your name, address, email and order history when you buy from us. Payment details go directly to Klarna or our card processor and never touch our servers. If you join the mailing list, we store your email and your consent, nothing else.

To deliver your order, handle returns and repairs under warranty, and — if you asked for it — to tell you about drops and restocks. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Our carriers (to ship), our payment providers (to charge), and our email platform (to send what you signed up for). All of them are bound by data processing agreements under the GDPR.

Order records are kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to IMY, the Swedish data protection authority.
