Shipping policy

Every bracelet is manufactured to your entered measurement and leaves us within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates below count from dispatch and are the carriers' normal transit times, not guarantees — expect 6–10 business days from order to letterbox. Letterbox delivery goes with PostNord in every country. Service point delivery goes with PostNord in Sweden and with DHL in Denmark, Finland, Germany and the Netherlands. Free shipping applies to letterbox delivery in Sweden from 800 kr. We do not ship to Åland — Finnish postcodes beginning with 22 sit outside the EU VAT area and require a customs declaration.

All active markets are within the EU, so prices include VAT and there are no customs charges on delivery. When we open the UK, Norway and the US, orders there will ship with duties handled at checkout.

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the workshop. If a parcel stalls for more than three days, write to us and we chase the carrier.

On an approved complaint we cover the return shipping and send a prepaid label. Otherwise the return shipping is at your own cost. Full conditions are in the terms of service.
